**Aziz Pet Care - Dog Walking, Boarding, and Daycare Disclaimer**

By using Aziz Pet Care's dog walking, boarding, and daycare services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Health and Safety:** You confirm that your dog is in good health, free from contagious diseases, and up-to-date on all required vaccinations, including rabies, parvovirus, and distemper. You agree to provide us with accurate information regarding your dog’s health, temperament, and any special needs or medical conditions.

• Risk of Injury:** While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, accidents, injuries, or illnesses can occur. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to bites, falls, or the spread of disease. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the services rendered.

• Behavioral Issues:** If your dog exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to terminate services for the safety of your dog and others. You agree to be responsible for any damages caused by your dog to property or other animals.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:** Cancellations and rescheduling of bookings must be made at least [insert time, e.g., 24 hours] in advance. Failure to do so may result in charges or forfeiture of the booking fee.
